Your browser storage
Saved destinations, checklist ticks, an optional saved budget and your holiday itineraries are stored locally in your browser. Itineraries include the dates, prices, notes and public provider links you enter. Use the itinerary page to delete a trip or download a backup; imported files stay in your browser. Without signing in, these plans stay on this device. If you choose “Sign in with ChatGPT”, the existing device collection can be added to your private account collection. We store your trip dates, notes, prices and provider links, associated with the stable account identifier supplied by the hosting service, so you can retrieve them across devices. Signing in is optional. Delete individual trips in the planner; account deletions sync when the service is available. Device copies and downloaded backups can remain until you remove them. Contact us to request deletion of all account records. The consent preference is stored locally for six months. Clear your shortlist with the heart buttons, reset checklist ticks, remove a saved budget on the budget page, or clear this website’s data in your browser.
Partner tools are optional
We do not load Travelpayouts Drive or embedded widgets before a choice. “Enable partner tools” permits Drive to load and automatically loads visible partner search and price widgets. Additional tools load as you scroll to them. “Essential only” leaves these automatic scripts off. You can still choose to load one clearly labelled widget or follow an external booking link.
When loaded, Travelpayouts and the relevant provider can receive technical connection information such as your IP address and browser details, and process interactions using cookies or similar technology under their own notices. Drive can attribute eligible links to our affiliate account. Partner terms determine retention and any international processing.

When you continue to a provider
Your selected route, dates and traveller details are encoded in the search link only when you choose to continue. The receiving provider and affiliate redirect service can process those details. Do not put names, passport numbers or card details into our planner. Provider privacy notices apply on their sites.
Recently found flight prices
When you use the fare finder, the selected route and month are sent from our server to Travelpayouts / Aviasales. Our account API token remains on the server. We cache public fare results to reduce repeated requests. Saving a fare keeps a dated planning estimate and its provider link, not a reservation. Opening that link passes the selected search details to the provider and affiliate redirect service.
Review submissions and widget selections
The review form prepares an email. Nothing is submitted until you send it from your email app. We receive your email address and feedback, but publish only your chosen display name and review if you give permission. Contact us to withdraw publication permission. Where a Tiqets widget provides a supported click event, its selected label may prefill an itinerary item on this page. It does not provide us with a quoted price or proof of booking.
Hosting and email
The hosting service processes technical connection information needed to deliver and protect this website. Optional account sign-in and private itinerary storage are provided through the hosting service. We have not added a separate marketing analytics or newsletter service. If you email us, your message and address are used to respond and resolve the enquiry; avoid sending sensitive documents. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests, or questions about retention.
Change your choice
Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Changing to essential-only reloads the page to stop optional scripts loading again. It does not remove third-party cookies already set; these can be managed through your browser and the relevant provider.
